　　這個開頭對事情發生的時間地點人物作出了必要的說明，為進一步向聽眾揭示論題做準備。運用這種方法開頭，一定要從演講的的中心論點出發，不能信口開河，離題萬里，更要防止套話、空話，敗壞聽者的胃口。

　　3）提出問題，引起關注。

　　寫演講稿的開頭，可根據聽眾的特點和演講的內容，提出一些激發聽眾思考的問題，以引起聽眾的興趣。這種問題應該新穎、獨特，確實能促使聽眾去思考。

　　演講稿的開頭有多種方法，通常用的主要有：

　　開場白技巧

　　1.開門見山，不講多余的話

　　有的人演講，開頭常講一些沒有必要的客套話。葉圣陶對此曾評述說：“誰也明白，這些都是謙虛的話。可是，在說出來之前，演講者未免少了一點思考。你說不曾預備，沒有什么可以說的，那么為什么要上演說臺呢?隨后說出來的，無論是三言二語或長篇大論，又算不算’可以說的’呢?你說隨便說說，沒有什么意思，那么剛才的一本正經，是不是連場作歡呢?自己都相信不過的話，卻要說給人家聽，又算是一種什么態度呢?”其實，演講者說這種“多余的話”，并不一定是出自本心，不過是受了陳規舊套的影響，聽人家這么說，自己也這么說，結果，往往是使聽眾松弛了注意力。

　　這次擴大會議，主要是討論黨和國家領導制度的改革以及―些有關問題。

　　實例二：

　　再如張承先的《“三個面向”是教育改革的指針》的開頭：

　　1983年9月，鄧小平同志又提出“教育要面向現代比，面向世界，面向未來”。“三個面向”指明了斯歷史時期教育工作的戰略方向，是今后教育改革的總指針。

　　這樣的開頭，使聽眾一聽就知道明白講的是是什么，注意力馬上就能集中起來。

　　2.交代背景，說明演講的目的和原因

　　實例：

　　例如《在歡迎民主柬埔寨代表閉宴會上李先念主席的講話》的開頭：

　　在我國舉國上下，萬眾歡騰，熱烈慶祝中華人民共和國誕生三十五周年的日子里，以西哈努克親王為團長，宋雙和喬森潘閣下為副團長的民主柬埔察代表團特地來參加我國的慶祝活動，并進行正式友好訪問，我們感到格外高興。我代表中國政府和人民，對你們的光臨表示熱烈的歡迎和哀倉的感謝。
